Terms of use

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to Loghouse. New accounts and permissions require approval. Do not share an account, attempt to bypass access controls or access another client’s records without authorization. Loghouse may restrict access to protect the workspace or when a working relationship or permission ends.

Upload or share only information you have authority to use for the project. Check recipients, files and instructions before submitting them. Use project approvals and finance controls only when you have authority to make the relevant decision. Do not upload malicious software or content intended to disrupt the service.

Separate quotations, contracts and agreed project terms govern the work, pricing and payment obligations. These workspace terms do not replace them. A displayed status, imported record or declared payment is not by itself proof that money has been received. Confirm the underlying provider or bank record where required. Sandbox test payments must not be treated as real receipts.

Authorize integrations only for accounts and data you are entitled to manage. Connected providers have their own terms, availability and account requirements. Synchronization can be delayed, rejected or interrupted. Check delivery results before relying on an external action, and reconcile uncertain finance operations before repeating them to avoid duplicate records.

The current Calendar connection synchronizes Garage schedules into the configured Google Calendar; changes made in Google Calendar do not update Garage. Review the privacy notice for the information used by connected services.

Features may be updated, temporarily unavailable or restricted during maintenance and testing. Report inaccurate records, failed connections or suspected misuse to Loghouse. Keep any separately required copies of business records and use the agreed project communication channel when an urgent action cannot be completed in Garage.
